I created this site to invoke my creativity and share more about myself than a cramped about me section typically allows elsewhere.

Hi, I'm Chérie. I'm a furry who loves playing video games, building mecha kits, and making music. I am also a pure mathematics undergrad who is interested in chaos theory and differential geometry.

I have a lot of interests and I tend to get very fixated on them for some time. I really love talking about what I enjoy. I am reserved and shy when it comes to meeting people, but I always look forward to meeting awesome people. I am diagnosed with ASD and OCD, so I do ask for some patience. Thanks.

One of my passions is language learning. Something about the journey and challenge of learning other languages is fun to me. I spent about four years studying Mandarin, and 5+ years learning Japanese. I am picking up French and reviving my previous study of German, though I can't say I hold any conversational proficiency yet.

Please also understand that I typically do not reach out to people first. I care about all of my friends, truly. Though, I can't deny that I'm a bit of a lousy friend when it comes to starting a conversation. Still, I invite you to reach out to me to discuss anything that you'd like.

I strive to understand myself and become more in tune with who I would like to become, and thus, I am steadily working to form a self that I can appreciate and love, even if my foundation fluctuates greatly.

I cannot contain my love and enjoyment for these in particular.
